Jamie is a systems-oriented researcher and evaluator whose work examines how multi-level structures (e.g., organizational, interpersonal, and individual) influence research and equity across educational settings. A public health evaluator by training, she holds a BS (’11) and MPH (’13) from the University of Missouri-Columbia and a PhD (’24) in Research Methods and Statistics from the University of Denver. Her research applies mixed methods, realist inquiry, and other advanced approaches to investigate educational systems from early childhood through higher education. Combining deep methodological expertise with a commitment to equity in education, Jamie works at the intersection of research, practice, and policy to create more sustainable environments for researchers and educators.
